#TBT ? PLEASE READ!! I can’t believe it’s been 1 year since this meme was put out all over social media last Summer and blew up! Then more memes were created after that LOL! ? I was in the middle of prep for a show I competed in in LA , July of 2017….I’m not going to lie, it got really crazy, I was a little stressed out with everything that was going on at once since I was in prep lol if y’all only knew how many opportunities I had turned Down even until this day…you would be like wtf, why did u turn that down?! ? LOL. I use to ask myself did I make the right choice?! I know most people would take advantage of something like this , yeah I did radio station interviews , I was on the news al over the world but it was to the point where I was like okay, I’m done with all that. I just wanted to get back to my life an get back in the gym, spend time with my daughter, friends and family. I wanted to build something for myself not because of who people might think I look like or whatever. I just wanted to lift, compete, get my pro card (one of my goals) build a brand for myself , which I did, I am doing it! I want people to see the real Me, and who i am! I honestly want to thank all of you who have been supporting me since day 1 even before all of this, showing so much love, reposting my pictures all the WCWs, EVERYTHING!! It’s crazy, I look back on my life an see how much I’ve grown an learned in the past year, how much I changed into a better person, making better Choices for me an my little girl. Everything I do is for her, the amount of work I put in day in an day out, I never want my daughter to struggle the way I did. I want to make her proud an one day she will say “My Mom did it, she made it On her own! She worked hard for this life!” ? ??♥️ This is why I created “Lift Within” because of my story and where I come from, how I grew up and all of my struggles and how I overcame it all from deep WITHIN myself ?I love you guys &…THANK YOU ALL AGAIN!! (& yes I got real emotional writing this caption ? lol) ??? – Jay @liftwithinofficial #CantWaitToShareMyStory #YouTHINKyouknowMEbutYouHaveNoIdea #StayTrueToYourself #BeHumble
